Being a Witness

As a pastor its always great to hear “…good news from a far country.”(Proverbs 25:25)

A while back I had the opportunity to encourage a brother in the Lord, regarding his personal evangelism. He had met someone that he was unsure of what he should do. I said that he should continue to share the gospel with the individual whenever the opportunity was present. This morning the brother shared that he was able to lead him to the Lord. This was a very encouraging to me as well as the soul winner! What an encouragement to hear of a soul being saved! Remember it is not about how gifted we are, it’s about How great He is! Jesus Saves! Just remember you can either encourage and build someone up or discourage and tesr someone down- but precious souls change in the balance

Psalms 126:6 He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.

If your struggling, just keep at it, and one day you’ll be bringing in the sheaves!
